Sisters Crossing Bridges is a women's health forum that brings together health advocates
and practitioners from the U.S. with representatives from
South Africa. The forum is designed to create an opportunity to discuss issues ranging
from violence against women to cultural competency in health care delivery, and the
various approaches used in both countries. This event is sponsored by SA Partners,
in cooperation with many local partner organizations. Sisters Crossing Bridges is a unique
opportunity for a challenging exchange of ideas among health care activists in both
countries.
