Returns will be accepted subject to the following terms:
- All books and materials must be in a resalable condition
- The customer will pay return shipping
- Returns are only accepted within thirty days of the item being shipped from the Peppercorn Office, unless prior arrangements have been agreed at the time of purchase.
- Peppercorn Books & Press will normally only accept returns of reproducible materials if accompanied by verification that the material has not been copied.
- Peppercorn Books & Press will issue a credit note for all returned items which may be applied to future purchases, or to a refund.
