Click Here for the Conference Schedule Health Conference The one-day conference will highlight effective strategies for fighting the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the Sub-Saharan by featuring the work of Massachusetts-based government departments, academic institutions, and development agencies with successful projects in that region of the world. Given that immigrants from Sub-Saharan Africa represent the community at greatest risk for HIV infection in Massachusetts, the lessons learned through work in Sub-Saharan Africa may point the way to new strategies and approaches that will improve service delivery here in Massachusetts. Funded by the Boston Foundation and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the conference will include presentations by MA-based organizations who are working in Sub-Saharan Africa.
